I'm not quite understanding the drama taking place. I thought everything was ok.

I'm not quite understanding what's going on. I thought the guys had buried the hatchet and everything was ok. Now I'm seeing Live in back with its other lineup. I'm not complaining, because I'm glad the band exists in some form. I'm just confused.

There was a huge falling out because of Taylor and Hynes. This'll get you up to speed:

Unless there's some new news I'm not aware of lol? I've been buried in work.

I saw them back in 2003 at Hofstra University in NY. They rocked. Totally made me forget about my broken toes, lol.

I think I saw them 10? Times. Mostly in the 90s but once with Counting Crows in the 00s. Great concert.

Any more into as to why Hynes fired Taylor. The article makes it sound like greed, but one could speculate Taylor knew about what his business partner was doing and just never said anything...

Hynes fired Taylor

I think you've got your names mixed up. Ed fired Taylor because of everything that went down with Hynes and all that and more.
